Changeovers, Cleaning & Laundry

Changeover services are ideal for holiday rental properties, ensuring everything is ready between guest stays. This includes a full property clean as outlined above, along with mid-stay linen and towel replacement on designated changeover days.

A Meet & Greet service is available to welcome guests or family members at the property, either during standard office hours or outside of them, including weekends and public holidays.

A Welcome Pack can be arranged for guests upon arrival. Standard options are available on request, and custom packs can be created to suit specific preferences or occasions.

A Laundry-Only service is also available for those who require linen and towel cleaning without additional property services.

Full Property Management

The Full Property Management Service provides complete peace of mind for property owners, offering a tailored security and maintenance package.

Included in this service are regular security checks every 14 days (or at a frequency to suit individual needs), key holding, and emergency call-out support. Each visit includes checking that all utilities and services are functioning correctly, flushing water systems, airing the property, removing any litter from the garden area (note: gardening services not included), watering plants if requested, and collecting and monitoring mail, with updates on any important correspondence.

Key Holding

Key Holding is included as part of the Full Property Management Package but is also available as a standalone service.

This service includes a security check of the property every two weeks. In the event of lost keys, replacements can be provided, and additional sets can be arranged if needed, with costs chargeable to either the property owner or guests.

Pool Cleaning & Maintenance

Ensure your swimming pool stays clean, safe, and well-maintained all year round. The service includes weekly cleaning during the winter months and twice-weekly visits in the summer. Water quality is carefully monitored, with chlorine and pH levels adjusted to ensure a safe and comfortable swimming environment for both owners and guests.

Additional pool maintenance services include:

  • Pump and filter repairs or replacement
  • Swimming pool tile replacement and re-grouting
